Hi all! Chatboard isn´t displaying contacts and image comments. Could you fix it, because we receive this kind of message a lot, and it´s missing on the chatboard. Please, see the attached screenshot.

Hi all! Currently we need to add a field every time we need to create a contact. Hoewer some fields like name and second name are default for the system. So I would like to suggest to turn it default for contact creation. Some customers doesn´t like to type "first_name" imany times as it isn´t on our language. Culd you implement it as we have on chatboard (see chatboard screenshot) Others default fields like email, address, company (fields that a crm has) is also good to have on both (contacts and chatboard) as default, if possible. Thanks.

When a WhatsApp user sends a Contact from his/her phone to the Chatbot - The ChatBoard does not get this as a message and the Contact does not arrive/Does not offer the Chatboard user to Save it as a New Contact.

Currently question block allows just text data. But it´s important to store also, images, documents and audio files. I´m testing IA chatbot and would like to send audio files, and other data. A customer also wish to request the client picture and send it to his system via API.

PROMPTCHAT-830 When a Live chat conversation takes place on a website, the Website Visitor may want to send him/herself the chat transcript once the conversation is over. The Email should be sent when the website visitor actually requests this by clicking on an "email icon" in the header or footer of the chatbox - enters his/her email and than presses the button "Send chat transcript now". All the contents of the chat transcript will be sent to the entered email address.
